On Saturday, July 12th at 6:00 PM, Human Connections Gallery (HCG) officially opens its doors a new contemporary art gallery in the historic center of Pietrasanta (Lucca), located at Via Stagio Stagi 3. Admission is free (see press release).

Situated in the city of sculpture, a candidate for the title of Italian Capital of Contemporary Art 2027, the gallery was born from a clear vision: art is a bridge between people.

Human Connections Gallery aims to be a laboratory of visual and cultural relationships. The selected works  spanning painting, photography, and sculpture address urgent themes such as identity, the body, space, and connection. Art that crosses media, generations, and geographies, uniting contemporary artists capable of expressing the complexity of our time.

Roberto Spinetta (art director) and Martina Melica (director) will present the vision of the project, outlining the gallery’s curatorial approach and introducing the first represented artists.

Human Connections Gallery is also a publishing house, a space for dialogue, and an incubator of ideas. In addition to exhibitions, the program includes publications, events, and collaborative projects.

Several of the gallery's represented artists will attend the opening, including Filippo Tincolini, Antonio Tropiano, Laura Veschi, Andrea Crespi, and Giuseppe Veneziano.
