EVERYTHINGFLOWS

LAURA VESCHI & FILIPPO TINCOLINI The echo of water between marble and photography

“Everythingflows” is a tribute to water the tireless narrator that carves stories even into the hardest stone. It is a reference to Heraclitus’ famous aphorism, reminding us that everything is in a constant state of becoming, a concept that deeply permeates the collaboration between Laura Veschi and Filippo Tincolini.

For Laura Veschi, the “sound” of water becomes the very voice of photography, an echo that accompanies every creative process. Similarly, Filippo Tincolini’s journey is bound to this incessant flow: a movement from thought to gesture, where each sculpture is born, evolves, and reaches completion only to make way for new visions.

The project serves as a metaphor for ancient wisdom resurfacing in the present. The same water that for centuries carved the rock now lives again in the dialogue between marble and the lens. Every photograph becomes a wave, a fragment of time celebrating the silent and indefinable power of the flow.
